Transport #### History I.C.E. Transport was founded in 1987 as Inter-Continental Express.  We were pioneers in the U.S.–Poland shipping lane as the first American NVOCC company to offer a freight-collect Bill of Lading.  Since then, we have expanded our focus to offer full international shipping services between the U.S. and all of Eastern and Western Europe. #### Strategy While we handle a large volume of standard container freight, our specialty as an NVOCC company is **global shipping of heavy and oversized freight.**  We are also experts in moving freight between North America and Eastern Europe, including Poland. We manage complex, door-to-door deliveries, with strong land side services at origin and destination. Result: you work with one partner for [ocean shipping](https://www.icetransport.com/nvocc-services), [customs clearance](https://www.icetransport.com/customs-clearance-agent-services), import/export services and [final delivery](https://www.icetransport.com/trucking-services).
